AARCHER is experienced providing environmental compliance and management support to mining clients nationwide, including compliance audits and evaluations, internal policy development, corrective action implementation, plan development, permit applications, and employee training. Our teams understand the mining industry, particularly surface mining (open pit, quarrying, strip, mountaintop, and high wall), and the environmental regulatory and risk challenges mining operators face.
We work closely with new mining clients to quickly gain a full understanding of client processes and operations, then develop strategies for completing any needed evaluations and managing risk while navigating the array of environmental regulations faced by individual mining activities.
